Job Summary

Own Curlsmith US brand planning and in-market execution, coordinating with Sales, Finance, and supply teams to hit short and long term targets while protecting SKU profitability and brand position.

  • Define and manage annual marketing calendar and 360 campaigns across in store and online touchpoints.
  • Monitor market share and campaign performance using POS data and retailer insights, then steer bets on pricing, promotions, and assortment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving success and consumer love for Curlsmith brand in the U.S.
  • Work alongside Sr. Brand Manager, US Marketing, Curlsmith to plan, organize, and direct marketing activities to achieve short-range and long-range business objectives.
  • Develop and execute 360 marketing plans to support Curlsmith brand in the US Market; build and maintain detailed marketing calendar; monitor campaign performance to meet/exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales to facilitate selling process including retailer strategy, pricing analysis, call reports, market data, and samples/artwork; ensure seamless in-store and online consumer experience.
  • Partner with Sr. Brand Manager to drive profitable growth; manage selling expense budget; conduct ongoing business performance reviews for SKU profitability and brand positioning.
  • Maintain item information with supply chain, engineering, quality, and creative teams (product specs, part numbers, descriptions, engineering change requests).
  • Monitor market movement and share using POS data from Nielsen, Circana, Profitero; provide strategic/tactical recommendations.
  • Develop annual sales forecasts with Finance and Sales; align with Demand Planning Analyst to issue latest estimates monthly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years’ marketing experience in the consumer products/beauty arena
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions
  • Experience in Product and Packaging Development/Management
  • Knowledge of Retail Pricing, Promotion, Distribution And Merchandising
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Comfort presenting to peers and management
  • Strong project & time management and organization skills

Preferred

  • MBA in marketing and management.
