Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You'll be the day-to-day owner of Daily Harvest's social presence, keeping our channels fresh, on-brand, and strategically aligned.
  • Own the social content calendar, planning content across channels in alignment with brand priorities, evergreen content needs, and campaign moments
  • Brief the creative team on asset needs for social, writing clear, detailed briefs that reflect platform context, campaign goals, and brand voice
  • Brief and coordinate with content creators to produce platform-native content that resonates with our audience
  • Utilize tools like Nectar to monitor content performance, community engagement, and brand opportunities through social listening and AI
  • Manage relationships with influencers and creator partners on an ongoing basis, serving as their primary point of contact at Daily Harvest
  • Brief influencers on campaigns and partnership deliverables, ensuring they have everything they need to create great content
  • Oversee contracting and payment processes in partnership with legal and finance teams
  • Track deliverables, usage rights, and posting schedules to ensure all commitments are fulfilled
  • Help identify new creator partners that align with Daily Harvest's brand values and target audience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or a related field, ideally within food, wellness, or consumer goods
  • Demonstrated experience managing social content calendars and briefing creative assets for social channels
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, including briefing, relationship management, contracting, and tracking deliverables
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. A strong written communicator who can write clear, concise briefs and professional, partner-facing communications
  • Excited by cultural trends and genuinely interested in the creators, trends, and platforms shaping the consumer landscape
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without letting anything slip
  • Based in New York City or able to commit to 3 days per week in our NYC office
