Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and healthcare professional experts, coordinating all external vendors and supervising medical and creative development.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and event schedules to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Implement publication plans, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and other scientific communications.
  • Identify and recruit healthcare professionals for participation in publication projects.
  • Coordinate internal processes, working closely with editorial and medical staff to meet client needs and ensure adherence to Good Publication Practices.
  • Facilitate regular status calls with clients to provide updates on timing, scope, and project deliverables.
  • Generate all necessary documentation, including contact reports and correspondence, to ensure the smooth implementation of programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare agency or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Direct experience in medical affairs.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment and Good Publication Practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with publication management software (e.g., iEnvision, Datavision, Pubstrat) is a plus.
  • A college degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
