Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand awareness programs
  • Collaborate with sales, public relations, creative, and operations teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery
  • Help identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events including product launches, trade shows, promotional campaigns, networking events, and corporate functions
  • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, scheduling, and operational execution
  • Oversee event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all events and activations
  • Monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), lead generation metrics, engagement data, and event outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, brand management, promotions, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer engagement strategies, and campaign execution
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, event management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
