Job Summary

Own shift-level store operations with a focus on cost, inventory, cash control, and strong customer relations while upholding policy and standards to drive profitability and consistent service.

Operational ownership: manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and daily store standards to protect profitability.
Order-to-cash focus: ensure accurate cash handling, paperwork, and order processing with speed and quality.
Customer and food quality: maintain excellent service, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures across the shift.

Job Description

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations.
You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.
General Job Duties For All Store Team Members – Operate all equipment.
General Job Duties For All Store Team Members – Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
General Job Duties For All Store Team Members – Prepare product.
General Job Duties For All Store Team Members – Receive and process telephone orders.
General Job Duties For All Store Team Members – Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
General Job Duties For All Store Team Members – Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
