Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of site marketing strategies across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain homepage programming calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities, marketing campaigns, and merchandising objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Production, Product, and Analytics teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Recommend site, app, landing page, and targeting strategies based on campaign performance metrics and client behavior insights.
  • Coordinate the execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, product drops, and key brand initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure flawless campaign execution and an exceptional client experience.
  • Analyze campaign performance and site engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and future recommendations.
  • Support testing initiatives and digital enhancements by evaluating results and sharing actionable insights.
  • Assist in the implementation of new site features, app experiences, and personalization strategies.
  • Monitor site content and campaign performance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
