Job Summary

Own cross-functional product marketing initiatives by turning market insights into launch-ready campaigns, materials, and programs that accelerate product adoption and drive sales, with close collaboration across Product, Brand, Sales, and Market Research.

  • Coordinate end-to-end launches, go‑to‑market activities, and cross‑functional programs to translate brand positioning into product and retail marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and measure campaigns, content, social, events, and collateral, then report on KPI performance to optimize outcomes.
  • Align calendars and deliverables with Product Development, Merchandising, and Sales to ensure seamless execution and consistent messaging.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop product launches and product marketing campaigns by performing market research, creating marketing materials, assisting with content development, and tracking campaign performance
  • Help manage social media
  • Collaborate with market research companies on designing and analyzing market research
  • Update databases
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams
  • Conduct competitor analysis to support product strategies and drive sales
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, social media analytics, and questionnaires
  • Prepare reports and presentations that summarize marketing activities and KPIs
  • Develop marketing programs supporting new products and line-extension launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Sales, Brand team)
  • Plan and execute product marketing campaigns and events, including creation of promotional content and materials

Preferred

  • Experience in the apparel industry preferred
  • Foundational understanding of marketing principles (especially product marketing and retail/shopper marketing), social media and digital marketing required
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, activations, and quarterly meetings (including international travel to Barbados)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans and programs that drive growth
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to organize most aspects of own work according to pre-established deadlines and priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Canva, and familiarity with marketing databases and content management systems

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent training (apprenticeship program, trades certification) + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or University degree + Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Detailed knowledge of operations and procedures to resolve straightforward issues
  • Good understanding of how the other sectors of business interplay and affect the department
  • Provides professional services using standard procedure and specific knowledge
  • Identifies and resolves immediate problems affecting team
  • Researches and analyzes data from familiar areas to determine appropriate actions
  • Updates or modifies working methods in own role based on defined procedures
  • May be required to exercise judgement in the interpretation of policies and procedures
  • Supervises and coordinates efficient use of resources
  • Leads operational team members
