Campaign Execution: Translate client requirements into executable steps in RPM CampaignDirect and ensure on-time delivery.
Data & SQL: Design and optimize Oracle SQL queries, views, and procedures to support audience selection and tracking.

Job Description

Campaign Developer is primarily responsible for execution/implementation of marketing campaigns using RPM Direct proprietary campaign management tool (CampaignDirect) and/or adhoc programmatic workflows. Essential duties include translating the specifications provided by client campaign managers into executable campaign steps, following RPM campaign execution methodology, to facilitate on-time delivery to meet internal and external customer expectations.
Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and packages in Oracle
Support database-driven marketing campaigns, including audience selection, segmentation, suppression logic, and tracking
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for data issues
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across large, high-volume datasets
