Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and cultivating prime prospective candidates.
  • Evaluating applications for admission and maintaining consistent communication with admitted students to support deposit conversion and onboarding.
  • The role oversees and serves as the primary liaison between GPO and Education Dynamics (EDDY), including developing standard operational procedures, ongoing oversight of communications and management of program-specific and admissions questions from EDDY.
  • The Assistant Director serves as the lead in the development, review, and approval of all OMSE marketing and recruitment content used by EDDY, which includes email campaigns, landing page content, and enrollment coach scripts with extensive coordination and revision cycles to ensure accuracy and alignment with ENG academic policies and messaging.
  • The Assistant Director collects and analyzes enrollment and recruitment data to inform decision-making for the online master's and other degree programs, builds sustainable and flexible models for marketing communications and application processing, and contributes to broader admissions initiatives within graduate engineering and special projects in the GPO.
