Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Office & Operations: Keep the Austin office organized, stocked and running smoothly
  • Office & Operations: Manage office supplies, groceries and other recurring office needs
  • Office & Operations: Run local errands and pick up supplies as needed
  • Office & Operations: Coordinate with cleaning services and other office vendors
  • Office & Operations: Receive and manage mail, packages and deliveries
  • Office & Operations: Assist with vendor and subscription tracking and upcoming renewals
  • Office & Operations: Maintain organized operational files, records and documentation
  • Office & Operations: Support equipment, accounts and other logistics for employee onboarding and offboarding in partnership with HR
  • Office & Operations: Assist with basic systems administration and account access
  • Office & Operations: Maintain and contribute to the CEO scorecard, ensuring assigned information is current and updated on schedule

Requirements

  • Experience in office management, operations, administrative support or marketing coordination is helpful
  • More important is finding someone who is dependable, willing to learn and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Local to the Austin area and available to work in the office regularly
  • Able to provide reliable transportation for local errands, grocery and supply pickups, and other business needs
