Status: Full-time/100% on-site
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 annually
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Content Production Assistant will support the content production team by assisting with various pre-production and on-set needs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with all pre-production and on-set needs including:
  • Creating and distributing call sheets for shoots.
  • Maintaining and updating contact sheets regularly.
  • Processing invoices and assisting with budget tracking.
  • Entering and tracking content expenses.
  • Organize catering for shoots with appropriate vendors.
  • Set up and breakdown of production related items at shoots.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including reserving conference rooms and sending reminders.
  • Conduct research for content projects and gather relevant information (including scouting locations).
  • Manage and organize production equipment and materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for production staff and talent.
  • Ensure all production paperwork is completed and filed correctly
  • Pulling together model packages and ensuring all necessary details are included.
  • Assisting with any other tasks assigned by the Head Of Content Production.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience on set in the fashion industry or interested in learning.
  • Basic knowledge of content production processes and on set experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior administrative assistant experience is helpful.
  • Experience with Ramp is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a content production or related field.
