Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement, launch, and refresh of photo product templates and designs across assigned categories.
• Support the Content Manager in managing the content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external design agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Help manage creative briefs, lookbooks, and design selection processes under the guidance of senior team members.
• Monitor and update product imagery, descriptions, and category graphics to maintain a consistent and appealing customer experience.
• Assist in analyzing sales data and content performance metrics to identify trends and support optimization efforts.
• Support the management of digital assets using Fujifilm’s PIM and DAM systems, including job creation and asset enrichment.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews of products and designs pre- and post-launch to ensure brand standards are met.
• Prepare basic reports and presentations summarizing content performance and project status for internal stakeholders.
• Help track project budgets and update budget trackers with estimates and actuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field. is required.
• Minimum Two years related experience.
• Experience working with retail or e-commerce environments is required.
• Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with graphic/image file formats and digital asset workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and external agencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to analyze data and summarize findings clearly.
• Familiarity with stock photo websites and digital asset management tools.
