Responsibilities

• Marketing: Promotes rentals on the phone and in person; presents mobile homes and community to prospective residents; promotes mobile home features and benefits; secures commitments and deposits from prospective residents.
• Marketing: Ensures timely renewals of existing residents.
• Marketing: Supports the overall marketing efforts and offers input suggestions in regards to promotions, advertisements, etc.
• Marketing: Analyzes and monitors the community market condition in order to anticipate market changes or trends that could affect the profitability of the community.
• Resident Relations: Greet onsite visitors and determine the nature of their business and assist as necessary.
• Resident Relations: Inspects property common areas, mobile home units, and grounds on a regular basis.
• Resident Relations: Coordinate move-ins and move-outs including all inspections; ensures effective move-in and move-out administration.
• Resident Relations: Supervises the planning and attend various community recreational and social activities.
• Resident Relations: Analyzes concerns associated with community and provides solutions.
• Resident Relations: Conducts follow-up activity as needed with new and current residents in order to establish and maintain positive resident relations.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
• Certifications/Licenses: Minimum: Valid drivers’ license
• Experience: Required: 1 year in residential property management
• Experience: Preferred: 2+ years in residential property management
• Experience: Yardi: 2 years (Preferred)
