Job Summary

Own regulatory-aligned brand stewardship by turning consumer and market research into compliant, consumer-facing plans across packaging, advertising, and launches.

  • Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure FDA and internal standards guide brand materials, packaging, and promotions.
  • Research Translation: Convert consumer insights into compliant brand strategies for cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Align Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales to execute compliant plans and track outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure brand initiatives, packaging, and marketing materials comply with FDA regulations and internal legal and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with Regulatory and Legal teams to support copy clearance, claim substantiation, approvals, and compliance documentation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Research teams, supporting consumer, product, and market research initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of research briefs, stimuli, and questionnaires and track progress and timelines of research programs.
  • Translate research findings and insights to inform compliant brand strategies.
  • Manage and track brand budgets, including expenditures versus plan, forecasts, cost center reporting, and month-end financial analysis.
  • Support the development and execution of approved marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales.
  • Assist with advertising, packaging, POS, and promotional development while ensuring regulatory alignment.
  • Analyze and report on sales, market share, distribution, and market trends.
  • Support special projects and international brand initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Launch Management within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Experience working with FDA-regulated products and cross-functional regulatory or research teams strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of consumer engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly organized self‑starter able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and follow‑through.

Preferred

  • Experience working with FDA-regulated products and cross-functional regulatory or research teams strongly preferred
