Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Prepare product briefs, including target positioning, formula, packaging, pricing, and performance requirements.
• Evaluate product samples and recommend improvements to formula, packaging, quality, and user experience.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle to maximize business performance.
• Continuously improve existing products by enhancing quality, functionality, packaging, and consumer experience.
• Product Quality & Issue Resolution: Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze competitor products, pricing, positioning, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Conduct ongoing market research to support product pipeline development and brand growth.
• Develop business recommendations based on consumer insights, competitive analysis, and commercial performance.
• Develop pricing recommendations and guidelines for new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in brand management, product development, product marketing, or innovation within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
• Experience managing new product development projects from concept to launch.

Preferred

• Experience working with OEM/ODM manufacturers and packaging suppliers is preferred.
