Responsibilities

• Strategic day-to-day support of client programs and partnerships
• Dedication to detail, by leading the asset and deadline planning, creative approvals and communications with clients and partners
• Support on partner/athlete/talent recommendations and negotiations
• Support events and activation of partnerships, including pre-event preparation tasks (coordinate staff, activations, guest list, etc.) and live event leadership
• Foster collaborative relationships with clients, sports partners, vendors
• Analyze the performance of partnerships and provide recommendations for optimizing
• Support the building of client meeting agenda building and corresponding notetaking

Requirements

• Soccer experience, experience working with FIFA is highly desirable plus
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years related work experience
• Can-do, solutions-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
• Outgoing personality and friendly client/customer-service demeanor
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point & Excel skills are strictly required
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency in Spanish (oral and written) is a plus
