Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist Account team in management of all aspects of client account.
Serve as liaison between the account group, internal teams, and client.
Manage production billing for client and actualize client budgets.
Work with art/production departments to ensure release of all time-sensitive materials.
Meeting management which includes everything from scheduling to running AV.
Keep detailed records of internal and client notes, creative materials, campaign plans, etc.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional experience, including internships, in advertising, marketing, or media industry.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a large volume of work.
Be an effective liaison between the client and various departments within the agency.
Proactive personality with the ability to simultaneously manage many projects.
Very detailed-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
Must be flexible and receptive to changing priorities, including being receptive to a heavy workload.
Strong computer skills in MS Office applications.
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Preferred

Love of, or previous work experience in live entertainment, arts, theater, and culture is a plus.
