Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate qualified leads
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Schedule appointments for advisors
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Build and maintain lead databases
  • Track activities using CRM systems
  • Support marketing campaigns and community outreach

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with relevant experience, OR
  • Associate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales
  • Strong phone communication skills

Preferred

  • Social media marketing expertise preferred
