Apparel Division Manager

Elevation Marketing | Bonita Springs–Fort Myers, FL | Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Elevation Marketing is looking for an experienced, motivated professional to take ownership of our growing custom apparel division. This person will manage the entire process from start to finish, from quoting and customer communication to production coordination and final delivery, while taking responsibility for the division's profitability, performance, and continued growth.

The ideal candidate is business-minded, comfortable working independently, and motivated by measurable results. You'll have the opportunity to develop and improve systems, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify growth opportunities, and help build a more efficient and profitable apparel division.

• Manage apparel orders from initial inquiry and quoting through production and final delivery.
• Communicate with customers, prepare quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities to convert leads into orders.
• Take ownership of division performance, including gross profit, profit margins, sales goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor order profitability and make informed decisions regarding pricing, product costs, purchasing, and operational efficiency.
• Track performance against established goals and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Create apparel mockups and coordinate with our design team on more complex projects.
• Source products, order inventory, and coordinate with vendors and production partners.
• Organize, inspect, and prepare completed apparel orders for fulfillment.
• Coordinate shipping, local pickups, and deliveries.
• Develop and improve systems and workflows to keep orders organized, reduce inefficiencies, and support profitable growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, bring forward ideas, and implement strategies to grow the apparel division.

• Experience in custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or a related industry strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of pricing, cost management, gross profit, and profit margins.
• Business-minded approach with the ability to balance sales growth with profitability.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and vendor/customer relationships independently.
• Comfortable tracking performance metrics, working toward goals, and using data to make business decisions.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to drive locally for vendor visits and deliveries (Naples, FL - Fort Myers, FL).
• Ability to commit to a consistent, full-time, 40-hour workweek.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $48,000-$50,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus opportunity
