Job Summary

Own end-to-end programmatic execution and operations for agency clients, linking auction-based media, audience buys, and remarketing to measurable outcomes; manage trafficking, QA, reporting, and inventory assessment across the lifecycle.

  • Campaign ownership: end-to-end management and optimization with best-practice adherence.
  • Ops and governance: trafficking, QA, documentation, and daily status tracking.
  • Insights and growth: support client reports, inventory evaluation, and proposals for new opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize online media campaigns across auction/exchange-based performance media, audience-based buying, and remarketing for agency clients.
  • Oversee the full programmatic lifecycle with diligence and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain campaign materials in the team’s shared document repository and handle daily campaign tracking questions.
  • Assist in developing client-facing campaign performance reports.
  • Contribute to inventory assessment and proposals for new client opportunities.
  • Coordinate delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and launch documentation.
  • Traffic campaign tags into ad exchange environments and run the QA process for accuracy and pacing.
  • Provide monthly auditing reports to agency partners and support billing/pay processes when applicable.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to learn and apply new optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • Entry level role; 1+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations preferred but not required.
  • Relevant professional or internship experience in bid management, campaign management, or digital operations.
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage detail-oriented campaign performance tasks.

Preferred

  • Prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization.
  • Basic experience with DoubleClick DART or similar campaign management systems.
  • Some prior online trafficking experience is advantageous.
