Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and measure brand presence across leading AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Evaluate LLM-generated responses for: Inclusion frequency and consistency
  • Evaluate LLM-generated responses for: Source attribution and citation patterns
  • Evaluate LLM-generated responses for: Competitive positioning within responses
  • Evaluate LLM-generated responses for: Accuracy, sentiment and message pull-through
  • Conduct structured prompt and query analysis to understand how brands surface across different AI contexts
  • Identify gaps in authority signals, content ecosystems and messaging that impact AI visibility
  • Develop clear, actionable recommendations to improve brand inclusion, credibility and prominence in AI-generated outputs
  • Translate GEO insights into strategic recommendations that inform: Content strategy and development
  • Translate GEO insights into strategic recommendations that inform: Messaging architecture

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, digital strategy, SEO or marketing intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) strongly preferred
  • Experience with: Search and SEO platforms
  • Experience with: Social listening and media measurement tools
  • Experience with: Website and campaign analytics
  • Strong understanding of how content, authority and credibility influence discoverability
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Preferred

  • Experience in an agency environment
  • Familiarity with emerging AI discovery ecosystems and their impact on brand visibility
  • Understanding of how earned media, content and digital signals influence LLM outputs
  • Strong interest in AI, search evolution and the future of communications
