Job Summary

Lead a six-month Marketing Intern program to support AM&S brands with social media, events, and collateral while collaborating with marketing, operations, and sales.

  • Own social media calendars and content performance analysis for AM&S brands.
  • Assist in coordinating events and trade shows, including logistics and collateral.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales to meet deadlines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and present a capstone “passion project” at the conclusion of the six-month internship.
  • Develop and maintain social media calendars across assigned AM&S brands (e.g., CAD Audio, Ashly Audio, American Audio & Video).
  • Assist in analyzing social media and marketing content performance, preparing reports and insights.
  • Support the coordination of events and trade shows, including logistics, booth preparation, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, operations specialists, and sales teams to ensure deadlines and project deliverables are met.
  • Maintain promotional materials and provide general support for marketing programs and sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in marketing with prior exposure to Pro Audio or Music Business.
  • Positive attendance, reliability, and accountability in daily work.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with initiative to take ownership of tasks.

Preferred

  • Experience in Pro Audio or Music Business (preferred)
