You will own the ambassador program operations, driving outreach, application reviews, shipments, tracking, and performance monitoring across ambassadors and affiliates.

Responsibilities
- Commenting on social posts and engaging with current ambassadors
- Reaching out to new ambassadors and coordinating product shipments
- Reviewing ambassador applications with a 24-hour turnaround
- Following up with people who've received product
- Answering DMs
- Updating tracking and dashboards
- Identifying low-performing affiliates and tracking replies and posting activity
Requirements
- Someone who genuinely loves social media, not just uses it
- A person who would call themselves detail oriented, and can prove it
- Comfortable using Claude or other AI tools to work faster and write well
- A current student or recent grad looking for real, hands-on experience
- Based in Austin is a plus, but not required since this role is remote
- Someone who asks questions instead of guessing
