Responsibilities

• Translate product benefits to end-users and understand customer needs to influence product direction
• Be the connective tissue back into the company from end-users and work closely with GTM, Product, and AI
• Land new customer engagements and work with partners; define and run programs that move customer relationships forward
• Deliver business and technical proof points for active opportunities and drive credibility behind deals
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and ensure a cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource allocation
• Codify processes for how this work happens so the function can scale

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience
• Degree in computer science, mathematics, or another technical domain
• interfaced with customers and/or partners to help close deals, led programs with external counterparts, and/or managed multi-stakeholder technical projects over long durations
• strong AI/ML literacy, ability to read recent papers, lead a technical conversation about training and inference, and reason about evals and benchmarks
