Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Winery visitation (tastings & tourism)
  • Event bookings (corporate events, private events, celebrations)
  • Direct-to-consumer wine sales
  • Wine club membership growth
  • Digital brand visibility
  • You’ll help us build AI-driven marketing systems that acquire and convert customers across these channels.
  • Building and testing AI-generated ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
  • Creating AI-generated content pipelines (ads, landing pages, blog posts, social content)
  • Designing conversion-optimized landing pages
  • Running A/B testing experiments on ads and offers

Requirements

  • Strong curiosity about AI tools and growth marketing
  • Comfort learning and experimenting with new software quickly
  • Ability to follow clear directions and execute consistently
  • Interest in analytics, testing, and performance marketing
  • Strong written communication skills
  • A mindset of building systems, not just campaigns
