Job Description

Responsibilities

Reviewing and approving content for engagement, clarity, and conversion
Editing weak content (hooks, flow, CTAs, structure)
Enforcing brand voice and audience alignment
Identifying and fixing low-quality AI-generated content
Ensuring content is not repetitive across calendars
Guiding creators on how to improve performance
Managing feedback and approvals within our workflow systems
Coordinating content approvals with clients and staff

Requirements

Strong experience in social media content strategy and editing
A clear understanding of what makes content perform (hooks, retention, storytelling)
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT
The ability to immediately spot content that won’t land
Awareness of current social media trends across platforms
4–8+ years in social media content, content strategy, or digital marketing
Proven experience editing and optimizing content for engagement and performance
Experience working with multiple brands or clients simultaneously
Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for content creation and editing
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred but not required. Equivalent experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing is equally valued
