Responsibilities

• This role leads the transformation of HR content into AI-ready, structured, and governed knowledge assets by designing content pipelines, metadata standards, and retrieval systems that improve AI accuracy, compliance, and employee self-service experiences.
• Working cross-functionally, the position focuses on optimizing content quality, enabling secure and compliant AI usage, and continuously improving retrieval performance through testing, analytics, and scalable automation.

Requirements

• Must be onsite in Milwaukee one day per week.

Preferred

• Experience with vector search technologies
• Familiarity with AI evaluation metrics and content health monitoring
• Strong documentation and communication skills to translate technical concepts into a clear, shared understanding
