Responsibilities

• Show up on-site at live events and pop-ups throughout Chicagoland to gather content
• Use AI tools to generate, edit, and publish content for Instagram and TikTok
• Write captions and brainstorm campaign ideas using ChatGPT or Claude
• Track performance and use what you learn to make the next post better
• Help maintain a consistent look, feel, and voice across platforms
• Support scheduling, community engagement, and whatever the next project brings

Requirements

• Some hands-on experience with AI content tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar) — show us what you've made
• Active on Instagram and/or TikTok with a real sense of what performs
• Comfortable reading basic analytics and adjusting from there
• Able to work on-site at events on a flexible schedule throughout Chicagoland
• Background in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus — but not required
• Familiarity with scheduling or analytics platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a bonus
