Job Description

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered workflows using APIs and automation tools
Integrate systems (Zoho, Wix, GA, internal tools)
Design and deploy LLM-based automations (Claude/OpenAI)
Own projects end-to-end (design → build → deploy)
Continuously improve and optimize systems
Automated website QA system (audit + fixes)
Client reporting automation (Zoho + GA + summaries)
Workflow automations across CRM and delivery systems
Agentic CSR and Sales Capab

Requirements

3–6+ years software / automation engineering
Strong experience with APIs & integrations
Python or JavaScript
Experience building automation systems
internal tools
workflow pipelines
LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
tools like Zapier, n8n, openClaw, 11Labs, etc
CRM and Project Management software (Zoho/Zendesk/Monday/etc)
Web Builders/CMS Systems (Wix, Wordpress, Squarespace)
Marketing Tools (Hubspot, Google Ads, GSC, SEMRush, GA4)

Preferred

Strong problem solver who can work with minimal direction
Someone who builds systems, not just completes tasks
Clear communicator (written + verbal)
Startup or high-growth company experience
