Role Overview

You will design and implement AI-powered automation systems that scale our operations, reduce manual work, and increase performance across campaigns.

This role is a mix of engineering, automation architecture, and applied AI.

You will be responsible for building the internal infrastructure that allows a small team to operate like a much larger company.

What You'll Build

• AI content production pipelines

• CRM workflow automations
• marketing data pipelines
• campaign optimization automations

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows
• Integrate AI models using APIs
• Build automations connecting multiple tools
• Create internal tools for the marketing team
• Automate reporting and analytics
• Improve operational efficiency across the company
• Collaborate with marketing strategists to build scalable systems

Tech Stack

Experience with many of the following is ideal:

• OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
• Python or JavaScript
• Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Airtable / Notion / Supabase
• REST APIs
• workflow automation platforms
• data pipelines
• LLM prompt engineering

Bonus experience:

• vector databases
• LangChain / LLM frameworks
• AI agent development

What Success Looks Like

Within 6 months you will:

• build automation systems that reduce manual work by 70%+
• create scalable AI pipelines for marketing production
• enable the agency to handle significantly more clients with the same team size

Compensation

Salary: $100,000
