Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels using their unique brand voice
Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement
Help maintain online communities that are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed
Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their strategy, tone, and audience

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in English is essential, in addition to French, as this role involves managing English and French-speaking content/accounts and collaborating closely with global teams
Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging
Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences
Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook (account use may be required depending on client needs)
Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma)
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instincts
Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work
