Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a US network of affiliate creators on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube (nano, micro and macro)
  • Reach out to and onboard 100+ creators a month onto commission-based deals
  • Plan affiliate campaigns: Reels, Stories, link in bio, Lives and auto-DM comment campaigns
  • Hit monthly revenue and paid-user targets
  • Track clicks, sign-ups, paid users and payouts for every affiliate
  • Make sure every promotion follows FTC disclosure rules (#ad, #affiliate)
  • Share weekly reports and keep growing the channels that bring in the most revenue

Requirements

  • 2+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing or creator partnerships, ideally for SaaS or digital products
  • An existing network of US creators
  • A track record of driving sales or sign-ups, with numbers to show
  • Strong at outreach, negotiation and follow-ups
  • Driven by targets and comfortable with commission-based pay
