Job Summary

Own affiliate and Pay Per Lead programs end to end, driving partner recruitment, performance optimization and ROI with data driven decision making across marketing, sales and finance.

  • Affiliate program ownership: recruit, nurture and optimize partners to generate inbound MQLs and revenue.
  • PPL program operations: plan, test, and scale campaigns across channels to lift lead quality and cost efficiency.
  • Analytics and governance: regular KPI reporting, budgeting, and cross functional alignment to maximize program ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Program Management: Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to identify and recruit affiliate partners that align with our target audience and brand values
  • Establish, nurture and maintain relationships with new and existing affiliates to optimize their performance and loyalty
  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive inbound MQLs and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create affiliate marketing content, promotional materials, and incentives
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate agreements and company policies
  • Pay Per Lead (PPL) Program Management: Develop and execute PPL campaigns across various channels to generate high-quality MQLs at an optimal cost
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify PPL opportunities and trends
  • Utilize performance tracking tools to measure and analyze the success of PPL initiatives
  • Continuously optimize PPL campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
