Responsibilities

• Own Novig's affiliate GTM strategy and performance, including targets for acquisition volume, CAC, user quality, and payback
• Build a deep pipeline of affiliate partners across influential individuals, creators, communities, sports media and content sites, and product integrations
• Run high-volume outbound through cold outreach, inbound, and network sourcing to consistently add new high-quality partners
• Negotiate and close deals end-to-end, structuring commissions (CPA, rev share, hybrid), bonuses, deliverables, and terms that align partner incentives with Novig's growth goals
• Onboard partners quickly and cleanly with tracking, creative assets, messaging guidelines, and everything they need to go live
• Build the systems that let the program scale, including playbooks, partner CRM, reporting dashboards, and onboarding processes
• Experienced in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing, ideally in sports betting, fantasy, fintech, trading, or high-growth consumer apps
• Organized enough to manage dozens of partnerships simultaneously, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and intensity
