Job Summary

Own a fast track affiliate program role focused on onboarding, program health, and high‑visibility partnerships, with a clear path to scaling revenue and conference-driven lead flow.

  • Affiliate Operations: onboard 10+ affiliates weekly, manage IOs, track program health using Everflow and dashboards.
  • Stakeholder & Communications: prepare weekly Super Affiliate briefings and present the company mission to internal and external audiences.
  • Growth & Networking: attend 8–15 conferences yearly to generate new contacts and accelerate onboarding.

  • Willing to grow within the organization, and be coached on a regular basis to upskill yourself.

  • Get daily profitability reports from all active affiliates to align our perspectives with reality on the ground
    • \n
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create a weekly Super Affiliate presentation, to show the weekly wins and share with the Super Affiliates.
    • \n
  • Send out our IO’s to affiliates & have them signed
    • \n
  • Actively listen to all Affiliates, creating a list of negotiation attempts and presenting to Head of Affiliates.
    • \n
  • Present the company, its mission & vision professionally & ambitiously to people in & outside the company.
    • \n
  • Join the weekly internal creative calls to find out about new creative wins & landing pages that would work for your affiliates.
    • \n
  • Be punctual & show up on all calls a few minutes early to set the tone
    • \n
  • Ask questions & constantly seek guidance & mentorship to grow into an affiliate manager one day.
    • \n
  • Use Everflow & our internal affiliate dashboards to track the health of your program
    • \n
\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • 1+ Years of experience in affiliate marketing (Network or directly with an advertiser)
    • \n
  • Travel to 8-15 conferences/year
    • \n
  • Work 6 days/week
    • \n
  • Work 10 hours/day
    • \n
  • Read 2 books/month
    • \n
  • Speak English fluently, C1
    • \n
  • Be well-versed with Slack, Zoom, Sheets, Google Forms, G Suite, and Microsoft 365)
    • \n
  • Have a computer with +16GB RAM
    • \n
  • High Speed internet + Backup (Router / 5G)
    • \n
  • Work EST 8 AM - 18 PM
