Responsibilities

• Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio
• Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients
• Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis
• Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity
• Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience distilling client goals into specific tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured
• Excited and comfortable working with established brands
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam or ShareASale and reporting dashboard, Affluent
• Exposure to different verticals / business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc
• Extraordinarily strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of G-suite & excel
• Must be inquisitive and proactive
