Responsibilities

• Lead AEO and traditional search across client accounts
• Client-facing, growth-focused role
• Collaborate on data-driven strategies (Analytics, GSC, GBP)
• Lead strategies that optimize client visibility across AI-driven search platforms, voice search, and answer engines (such as Google SGE, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered discovery tools)
• Partner with Account Managers and clients to improve organic performance beyond traditional SEO
• Develop and execute AEO strategies to improve visibility in featured snippets, voice search, and AI-generated responses
• Identify opportunities to expand client growth through advanced search strategies and emerging technologies
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions
• Support revenue growth through strategic recommendations, upselling opportunities, and performance-driven presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, development, paid media) to enhance client outcomes
• Continuously refine optimization strategies based on evolving search engine and AI trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of SEO or digital marketing experience, preferably in a client-facing role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
• Experience with AI-driven search, voice search, or emerging search technologies is strongly preferred
• Skills: Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and evolving AEO (Ask Engine Optimization) practices
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable strategies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to clients and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
