Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute social media strategy aligned with advocacy priorities
  • Manage and maintain Chamber social media channels
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms
  • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to amplify advocacy efforts
  • Track performance and adjust content based on insights
  • Create clear, platform-appropriate content (video, graphics, written)

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in communications, advocacy, public affairs, or related fields
  • Experience supporting advocacy communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
  • Experience managing social media platforms and tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM, CMS, or advocacy tools (preferred)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
