Job Description

Responsibilities

  • What You’ll Do
  • Social Media & Digital Communications: Lead and execute social media strategy aligned with advocacy priorities; Manage and maintain Chamber social media channels; Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms; Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to amplify advocacy efforts; Track performance and adjust content based on insights
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Create clear, platform-appropriate content (video, graphics, written); Translate policy and advocacy topics into accessible, member-facing content; Produce and edit video content for advocacy initiatives and updates; Maintain consistent voice and visual standards
  • CEO & Leadership Communications: Support CEO digital communications and engagement on key regional issues; Draft and edit content for executive communications; Capture and produce content aligned with leadership priorities
  • Campaign & Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Public Affairs and Membership to support advocacy priorities and member engagement; Support digital advocacy campaigns and related initiatives; Maintain advocacy content across Chamber platforms; Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and timing
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance across platforms; Provide insights to improve engagement and reach
