Job Summary

Own the coordination and measurement of advertising programs across channels, aligning internal teams and external agencies to drive tested campaigns and clear ROI signals.

  • Coordination: Manage cross‑functional ad campaigns, media plans, and sponsor/PR aligned promotions.
  • Measurement: Track leads, marketing-influenced registrations, engagement, and other KPI’s to inform decisions.
  • Execution Support: Prepare presentations, audits, budget tracking, and logistics with design and agency partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the coordination and oversight of advertising campaigns
  • Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics, including leads, marketing-influenced new patient registrations, engagement, and other effectiveness measures
  • Support the advertising team with ad hoc needs such as leadership presentations, audits, agency coordination, internal logistics, and budget tracking
  • Coordinate miscellaneous advertisements as requested, working with the internal design team and external agencies
  • Assist with landing page development in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners
  • Support the day-to-day coordination of paid promotion opportunities in partnership with the Public Relations team
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Marketing department, Institutional Affairs division, and across the organization to ensure smooth communication and coordination of shared projects
  • The Marketing Program Coordinator supports the strategy, development, execution, and ongoing management of marketing programs that support local, regional, and national advertising efforts, priority service lines, and other institutional initiatives
  • This role assists with developing presentations, supporting key projects, and coordinating logistics related to marketing program plans
  • The Advertising and Marketing Coordinator helps manage external agencies and works with internal teams to develop and execute advertisements, media plans, and other elements of integrated advertising campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related fields
  • Five years Marketing experience in a managed care, sales, communications or healthcare environment

Preferred

  • Local to the Houston Metro area or surrounding areas
  • Experience managing relationships with agencies or vendors
