Own the local broadcast/media procurement and performance optimization, guiding planning, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and campaign analysis to maximize reach in Kansas City markets.
- Media Strategy & Planning: Plan and purchase advertising across broadcast, network, and streaming channels to reach KC/Midwest audiences.
- Budgeting & Vendor Negotiation: Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and optimize spend efficiency.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze campaign results, derive actionable insights, and inform optimization decisions.

Requirements
- Based in Kansas City with a knowledge of KC/Midwest media broadcast/network and trends
- Experience in Media Buying, Media Planning, and Vendor Negotiation
- Strong proficiency in Budget Management, Media Research, and Campaign Analysis
- Knowledge of Digital Advertising, Social Media Platforms, and Trends
- Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
- Experience with media rating systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with advertising analytics tools and media planning software is a plus
- Previous experience in an advertising or marketing agency is highly beneficial
