Job Summary

Direct advertising material creation and brand‑compliant design across print and digital channels to support catalogs, campaigns, and product visuals.

Own design and production of ads for social, web, email, and print while upholding brand standards.
Must-have: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic print production.
Standout: Experience or willingness to work with taxidermy branding and niche product photography.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Directing and creating advertising materials for social media, websites, e‑mail campaigns and magazine ads while preserving the company's brand standards
Yearly duties include creating four catalogs, seasonal sale advertising (may include flyers, postcards, digital, etc.), and awards and coupons for national and state competition shows
Periodically take product photos and edit them for output to the web and print
Manage printing labels and some books, as well as burning DVDs and image CDs for retail and wholesale

Requirements

Applicant MUST be okay with Taxidermy and the process of taxidermy
Knowledge of taxidermy would be a plus
Punctual and detail-oriented; meeting deadlines and being organized with projects
Willing to learn and collaborate with co-workers and be motivated enough to finish the work on your own
Must be able to accept and grow with constructive criticism
Communication is highly important in every aspect of this position, whether it be in design or with co-workers and partners
Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Web Design (Web Development is a plus)
