Job Summary

Own casino marketing execution and brand integrity while coordinating internal teams and external vendors to hit 24/7 guest-facing campaigns, ensuring compliance and high service standards.

  • Campaign execution and asset management across on-property and vendor channels to meet deadlines and QA
  • Maintain STRC brand guardrails and regulatory compliance across all marketing touchpoints
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing, events, and vendor partners to plan and deploy promotions and guest experiences

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote and support a culture of excellence at Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino by modeling STRC values, delivering exceptional guest service, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Provide exceptional guest service throughout all interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and departmental policies, including requirements of the Gaming Commission and applicable state and federal authorities.
  • Review web pages to ensure accurate and current information is displayed.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal departments to support marketing requests and brand needs.
  • Coordinate, traffic, and deploy advertising assets both on property and through contracted advertising partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
  • Maintain advertising schedules, campaign assets, and production timelines, tracking project deadlines and deliverables to keep campaigns on track.
  • Coordinate billboard production, collect and review advertising proofs, and communicate revisions with vendors, the creative team, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain advertising campaign assets, supporting the setup, distribution, and archival of marketing materials.
  • Support promotional, Player Development, and Sun Club initiatives by preparing requested materials, coordinating distribution, and assisting during events as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience in casino marketing, journalism, communications, event planning, or public relations; casino experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment that operates 24/7.
  • Willing and available to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Demonstrate a strong hospitality mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people, consistently showcasing the property experience to all guests.
  • Demonstrate understanding of casino marketing principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Portfolio submission preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities effectively. Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to accept and apply constructive feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and external contacts. Read, write, and speak English fluently.
