Own and coordinate adult education programs end-to-end, turning community needs into engaging learning experiences and measurable impact.

Plan and execute educational workshops and events across the program lifecycle.
Collaborate with instructors, volunteers, and partners to ensure quality and accessibility.
Oversee registration, scheduling, participant communication, and program evaluation to drive improvement.

Collaborate with instructors, volunteers, and community partners to ensure program quality.
Manage registration, scheduling, and participant communication.
Maintain accurate records and assist with program evaluation and improvement.
Support marketing and outreach efforts to promote adult learning initiatives.
Utilize technology and office software to streamline operations and enhance engagement.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or event coordination.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with office software and related technology.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive, service-focused attitude.
Adaptability to new processes and changing priorities.

Preferred

Experience in adult education or lifelong learning programs preferred.
