Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for the 1:many measurement needs of performance advertisers and agencies – from discovery, to consultation and recommendation..
• Lead and contribute to agency facing exploration, including calls and in-person presentations, to identify needs, opportunities, methodology discussion, reporting specificity, and appropriate stakeholders and next steps.
• Ensure test campaign success and GTM readiness for 1P measurement solutions and custom measurement via DCR; develop campaign set up best practices and scaling enablement guides.
• Be the single-threaded partner to drive performance measurement POV and testing plans/learning agendas with performance agencies across multiple advertisers
• Build scalable testing frameworks for multiple brands where applicable to drive GTM efficiency particularly with respect to beta testing and client collaboration
• Serve as the escalation 1:many starting point for sales and clients across 1P/3P solutions, including issues related to measurement products, performance results interpretation, and coordinating with Product and Sales Solutions to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve integration efficiency, and enhance the overall quality and reliability of measurement solutions.
• Ensure all measurement solutions—1P and 3P—are ready for scale, supporting documentation, training, and enablement for the Measurement team and other stakeholders as relevant

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, measurement, or product operations, with a track record of independently owning complex projects or functions.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing, attribution models, conversion tracking, ROI measurement and optimization, particularly with performance advertisers.
• Familiar with measurement methodologies across verticals and the advertising measurement ecosystem of 1st & 3rd party solutions.
• Project management experience dealing with high volume of measurement requests.
• Demonstrated ability to create and lead client facing analysis, including calls and in-person presentations, to drive data driven recommendations.
• Knowledge of clean room measurement use cases, ability to interpret client requests.
• Experience querying and interpreting measurement outcomes in data clean rooms.
• Familiar with infrastructure based on one (or more) of these environments: ADH, AMC, Meta AA, Snowflake, AWS, Infosum, LiveRamp, Habu.
• Proficient with query languages like SQL, exposure to multi-party collaboration a plus
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and external vendors to enable new solutions, and understanding of product go-to-market processes.
