Responsibilities

• Respond to customer or client questions related to digital advertising, social media, SEO, branding, campaign execution, client service, and performance reporting through approved phone, email, chat, or ticketing channels in the Customer Support Representative role at Harvest Advertising.
• Review account or request details and document each interaction with complete notes and next steps as part of the Customer Support Representative role at Harvest Advertising.
• Resolve routine questions and service issues within policy and escalate complex or unresolved cases across advertising and campaign delivery in this Customer Support Representative position.

Requirements
