Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the recruitment process of all KSS Preschools
• Provide leadership on all issues related to student recruitment and enrollment management for KSS Immersion Schools
• Serve as an ambassador for the school’s mission and educational programs.
• Oversee, review and evaluate applications of prospective students and families as well as student assessments.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop necessary recruitment materials.
• Oversee the development of events and activities promoting the School, including open houses, recruitment fairs, in-person tours, information sessions, evaluation days, acceptance packages and family and student onboarding,
• Track and analyze admissions and enrollment data for indicators of effectiveness of enrollment and outreach strategies.
• Work closely with faculty members and staff who support admissions during the recruitment cycle.
• Develop and maintain relationships with feeder-schools, community organizations in target markets, and key stakeholders in the independent school ecosystem

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working in admissions/enrollment management
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience working within SIS, CRM, and/or enrollment management systems (specifically, knowledge of Veracross a plus)
