Job Summary

Own admissions outcomes by guiding inquiries to enrollment, coordinating campus outreach, and optimizing enrollment processes with a focus on intake flow and events.

  • Admissions Operations: Manage inquiry tracking, enrollment compliance, and daily throughput to hit enrollment targets.
  • Outreach & Events: Plan campus tours, open houses, career fairs, and community events to attract prospects.
  • Enrollment Strategy: Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and branding to increase conversions and awareness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As the Admissions and Marketing Advisor, you'll serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them from inquiry through enrollment.
  • You'll conduct campus tours, provide information about programs and tuition, maintain accurate admissions records, and ensure all enrollment processes are completed in compliance with school policies and standards.
  • You'll also oversee daily admissions operations, monitor inquiry and enrollment activity, support Admissions Advisors when applicable, and collaborate with school leadership to develop strategies that increase enrollment and brand awareness.
  • In addition, you'll coordinate outreach activities, career fairs, open houses, and community events while helping prospective students navigate the enrollment process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, customer service, or education
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and basic office technology
  • Ability to conduct campus tours and presentations
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events

Preferred

  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Social media and marketing knowledge
