Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Business Development and Outreach Specialists with daily marketing operations
• Prepare outreach materials (flyers, brochures, business cards, event materials)
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, hospital visits, community events, and ALF/SNF outreach
• Maintain organized records of referral sources, contacts, and outreach activity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through

Preferred

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or referral-based industries
• Familiarity with referral platforms (EPIC, CarePort, Allscripts, WorldView)
• Basic understanding of CHHA or LHCSA operations
• Experience with CRM systems or data tracking tools
