- Referral and admissions ownership: meet or exceed census budget.
- Hospital/community positioning: market the facility as the preferred provider.
- Admissions paperwork and family guidance: manage processing and reporting while guiding tours and insurance placement.

- Generating referral and admissions activity to meet and exceed census budget
- Understanding insurances and managed care to appropriately place patients
- Conduct tours of facility with potential residents and their family members
- Marketing your facility as the preferred provider within your hospitals and community
- Completing and processing admission paperwork and reporting
